Polo Grounds Vaccination Event

Ryan Health will be partnering with the Mayor's Action Plan Neighborhood Stat team, and Test and Trace to offer COVID Vaccines, and COVID testing to Polo Grounds NYCHA residents on March 9th, 2022 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm at 3005 Frederick Douglass Boulevard.

COVID Vaccine- Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson and Johnson- First Dose, Second Dose, and Boosters

The event is open to Adult and Youth (With proof of guardianship)
