Embracing a Healthier Tomorrow Together: A Message from our New President and CEO, Daniel Pichinson

Dear Ryan Health Patient Family —

I am excited to introduce myself to you as the new President and CEO of Ryan Health. My journey officially began on January 2. Although the title is new, I have been part of Ryan Health for the past six years. I previously served as Executive Director of Ryan Chelsea-Clinton (RCC), which has given me a deep understanding of our organization. During my time at RCC, I witnessed the dedicated work of the rest of the organization. I got to know many of our team members and understand the specifics and specialties of each of our centers. I have also gotten to meet many of our patients.

Ryan Health is a community health center highly respected for its leadership and commitment to the belief that “healthcare is a right and not a privilege.” Our team of dedicated professionals continually strives to maintain the highest standards of care and works together to ensure your well-being. We believe in forming a partnership with our patients, prioritizing your best interests, and creating programs tailored to meet your current and future needs.

Smashing Health Inequities is My Top Priority

Top on my agenda is the priority to tackle health inequities head-on. I will continue to work with our incredible Ryan Health team members to identify and address chronic conditions, with a focus on eliminating health outcome disparities regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, or economic status.

I pledge to lead with transparency and open communication, importantly valuing what I hear from you. Together, we will strengthen existing partnerships, begin new initiatives, and extend our reach to embrace even more communities in their journey to accessible quality care. None of us works alone, and we’ll ensure you are not alone in achieving your health goals.
