The Board of Ryan Chelsea-Clinton Names Sarina G. Jean-Louis as Executive Director- She Brings Extensive Healthcare Management Experience to Grow the Hell’s Kitchen Community Health Center
NEW YORK CITY — The Board of Directors of Ryan Chelsea-Clinton (RCC), a nonprofit community health care center that is affiliated with Ryan Health, has appointed Sarina G. Jean-Louis, MBA, MPH as Executive Director. As Executive Director, Ms. Jean-Louis is responsible for the overall management of RCC, including strengthening organizational capacity, fostering growth, ensuring quality services, and financial accountability. She will build on RCC’s reputation and relationships with elected officials, policy makers, community-based organizations, and leaders in New York City.
“Sarina brings 25 years of significant experience in healthcare including at Federally Qualified Health Centers,” says Walter Delacruz, Board Chair of Ryan Chelsea-Clinton. “She has held leadership roles at several healthcare organizations, and has been a champion of building highly effective teams, promoting diversity, equity and inclusion.”

Ms. Jean-Louis comes to RCC from Long Island Select Healthcare, a community health center on Long Island serving people with disabilities, where she served as Chief Operating Officer. In that capacity, she oversaw the operations of their multiple locations, including setting and driving organizational vision, strategic planning, workforce functions, and growth strategies. She led compliance efforts with HRSA, CMS, the 340B program, and healthcare regulations established by New York State. Ms. Jean-Louis fostered and strengthened the organization's relationships with elected officials, as well as community-based and faith-based organizations.
She has also served as a consultant on quality improvement projects, including performance improvement, workflow analysis and patient experience elevation. Her career has included leadership roles in operations and administration at The New York Hotel Trades Council and Hotel Association of New York’s healthcare organization, Public Health Solutions, and Community Healthcare Network. She also held a program management role at the Primary Care Development Corporation where she led projects across the country, helping primary care practices implement and achieve status as Primary Care Medical Homes, Health Homes, ACOs, and chronic care management.

Ms. Jean-Louis holds a Master of Business Administration and Master of Public Health from Benedictine University in Lisle, IL. She received her Bachelor of Science from SUNY Empire State in Saratoga, NY.
