For more than 50 years Ryan Health’s providers have delivered high quality, affordable, comprehensive primary medical care, dental care, mental health, and specialty services to individuals and families. At Ryan Health | Wadsworth, we are offering adult primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, HIV/AIDS prevention and care, and sexual and reproductive health. Through our network, you also have access to multiple specialty services.

Vanessa Fernandez, MD
At Ryan Health, Dr. Vanessa Fernandez will provide a full range of primary care services to children and adults. Fluent in English and Spanish, she comes to Ryan Health after three years at Heritage Health and Housing, Inc. in Harlem, where she was a Family Medicine Physician. Prior to that, Dr. Fernandez completed her residency in Family Medicine at Hoboken University Medical Center in Hoboken, New Jersey, where she also served as Chief Resident.

Jisu Han, DO
Dr. Jisu Han joins Ryan Health after completing her Family Medicine Residency and Sleep Medicine Fellowship at Hackensack Meridian Health - JFK Medical Center in Edison, New Jersey. She is delivering primary care and sleep medicine expertise to our pediatric and adult patients. Dr. Han is fluent in English and Korean.

Gabriela Hayes, PA
Physician Assistant Gabriela Hayes, who speaks English and Spanish, is now part of the Care Team at Ryan Health | Wadsworth on a full-time basis. She came to Ryan Health from Birmingham Alabama, where she received her Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies and her Master’s of Public Health from the University of Alabama. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She comes with previous healthcare experience from Cahaba Pain and Spine Care in Birmingham, AL, and Eastern Shore Children’s Clinic in Fairhope, AL.
