Comprehensive Primary Care is the entry point for the entire health care system. Our doctors and nurses provide preventive care to keep you healthy, and ongoing care for many common chronic diseases, including high blood pressure (hypertension), diabetes, asthma, arthritis, headaches, and stomach problems.
We also provide acute care to evaluate and assist you when you are ill. If you need specialty care, we refer you for that care and coordinate your care between multiple specialists, if needed. Some of our Primary Care Providers also provide basic gynecologic care.
